NB: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages by law in Singapore.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of fine wine, as well as storage conditions beyond our control once delivered, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
All sales are considered final upon payment confirmation.
Faulty Wines
This policy applies only to wines under five years of age, and sold below SGD 200 nett per 75cl.
Wines outside these criteria will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Older vintages and natural wines may display unique characteristics which are not considered faults but may be part of the wine’s intended style.
If you believe you received a faulty or corked wine, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. To assist with our assessment, we may request the return of the bottle with at least 80% of its contents remaining.
If the wine is determined to be faulty, we will offer either a replacement bottle (subject to availability), or a store credit for the original purchase amount. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for faulty bottles.
